Register
booth personnel
You register your booth personnel via My Easyfairs. All booth personnel must have exhibitor badges for the fair. Then, bring the exhibitor badge to the fair for quicker and smoother entry.
Here’s how you proceed:
1.
Log in to My Easyfairs with the login credentials you received when you booked a booth at the fair.
2.
Click on 'Manage booth' for the current fair.
3.
Go to the 'Manage booth' tab.
4.
Click on 'Register your personnel' under the section 'Booth Personnel'.
5.
Click on 'Visit Connect' in the new view.
6.
You will now be redirected to a new window.
7.
Click on 'Team' in the left column.
8.
Click on 'Add staff' and enter the booth personnel's details. Click 'Next'.
9.
Done! The person is now registered as booth personnel.
My Easyfairs
In My Easyfairs you can upload company information, your logo, contact details, register booth personnel, fetch banners, and your digital ticket.

FastighetsMässan is arranged at the state-of-the-art Malmömässan. With its central location, it is easy to get here. The train station is just 3 minutes from the facility and there are several bus routes that take you to Hyllie at the fair. As we are constantly working to make our events sustainable, we encourage you to carefully choose climate-smart transport when you visit us. Thanks to Malmömässan’s location, there are plenty of hotels, restaurants and activities for both benefit and pleasure. Within walking distance, you have access to nearly 700 hotel rooms and another 4,000 within 15 minutes. At Malmö Arena you can discover several events that have something for everyone. In addition, you can stroll around the shopping center Emporia.
By train
Hyllie station has unique accessibility in the entire Öresund region. With the City Tunnel, Copenhagen Airport is only a 12-minute train ride away. The train takes 3 minutes to Triangeln and 6 minutes to Malmö Central. With frequent departures, around the clock, both Pågatåg and Öresundståg stop at Hyllie Station, which has access directly to Stationstorget, which is approximately 300 meters from Malmömässan.
By car
Malmömässan is located at Inre Ringvägen in Hyllie. In the area there are over 3,000 parking spaces and also charging stations for electric cars. You can find more information about parking on PMalmö's website http://www.pmalmo.se
By bus
Local bus routes 6, 8 and 33 go to Hyllie. Line 6 also has a stop "Hyllie water park" at Malmömässan. The yellow regional buses stop at Hyllie Stationstorg, including line 346 from Trelleborg and line 170 from Lund.
By flight
If you fly to Copenhagen, you can quickly and easily take the Öresund train directly from Copenhagen Airport in just 11 minutes. The station is called Malmö Hyllie and is the first stop in Sweden. From Malmö Airport Sturup you can get to Malmömässan by car or taxi in about 30 minutes. Airport buses go into the center where you can take a bus or the city tunnel on to Malmömässan.
