Your health and well-being are our highest priority. We have elevated our already high standards of hygiene and developed new health and safety procedures to address the challenges posed by Covid-19. You can therefore feel completely safe when visiting our events and facilities.
You register your booth personnel via My Easyfairs. All booth personnel must have exhibitor badges for the fair. Then, bring the exhibitor badge to the fair for quicker and smoother entry.
Here’s how you proceed:
Log in to My Easyfairs with the login credentials you received when you booked a booth at the fair.
Click on 'Manage booth' for the current fair.
Go to the 'Manage booth' tab.
Click on 'Register your personnel' under the section 'Booth Personnel'.
Click on 'Visit Connect' in the new view.
You will now be redirected to a new window.
Click on 'Team' in the left column.
Click on 'Add staff' and enter the booth personnel's details. Click 'Next'.
Done! The person is now registered as booth personnel.
The Smart Badge transforms your visitors into qualified leads! As an exhibitor, you receive a reader during setup to place in your booth. The reader is a wireless sensor placed in your booth. When visitors touch the reader with their Smart Badge, it automatically collects the information about your company and products that you have set up in your My Easyfairs. This information is then sent to them in a summary email at the end of the fair.
And if you have a GoLeads or GoPlus, you will receive a list of contact details for those who interacted with your reader. The list can be found in your My Easyfairs after the fair closes.
In My Easyfairs, you upload information about the company, your logo, contact details, register booth personnel, retrieve banners, and your digital ticket.
Collect important contact information – fully GDPR-compliant. The web application Visit Connect is included in the participation for those who have chosen the EasyGo Leads, EasyGo Plus, or EasyGo Premium package. The service allows you to easily gather information and contact details from your visitors by scanning the QR code on their entry cards. A convenient way to get qualified leads without the risk of losing important business cards or contact details!
