Globally, Easyfairs organizes 220 events in 17 countries, in the Nordic region Easyfairs holds trade fairs annually in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Easyfairs Nordic is the only operator to operate multi-service facilities in two of Sweden's largest cities – Kistamässan in Stockholm and Malmömässan in Malmö. In addition, it was recently announced that Prioritet Serneke Arena will become the trade fair organizer Easyfair's new partner to conduct trade fairs in Gothenburg. Essyfairs is driven by the passion to "easify" life for our customers and increase ROI both financially and in terms of time for professional communities through our popular all-in concept, advanced technology and customer-centric approach. Our many digital initiatives offer excellent opportunities for effective networking and business opportunities all year round. Malmömässan is the easiest to reach venue in Scandinavia!

Malmömässan is the easiest to reach venue in Scandinavia! The communications to and from the venue are excellent. The most convenient way of travel is to use the modern trains stopping just a stone's throw from the venue at Hyllie station where trains from both Copenhagen and throughout Sweden stop. From Hyllie station you can reach Copenhagen International Airport in 11 minutes, Malmo Central station in 7 minutes and Copenhagen Central station in 24 minutes. Malmömässan is a modern trade fair and convention center built in 2012 that is capable of hosting all types of events: trade fairs & exhibitions, large & small meetings, international conventions and company events - only your imagination sets the limits of what is possible. The entire venue is equipped with broadband internet access up to 100 Mb/s and wireless network is available throughout the whole building. We have the latest IT and audiovisual technology and everything is easy to use. The venue is located in the most southern part of Sweden close to the Öresund Bridge, connecting Sweden and Denmark. Malmö's 4000 hotel rooms are just minutes away by subway, and in 2014 we have the first of two hotels in direct connection with the venue. The venue is approximately 20,000 m2 and contains, besides the large exhibition hall (14,000 m2), a conference center with several meeting rooms from 20 up to 2000 people and two restaurants. Because of the great flexibility, competent restaurant and large space, Malmömässan can arrange complex events with meetings, food & beverage and exhibition for up to 3000 people. Elmässan

Sweden’s most central meeting and event venue!

Strategically located in the heart of Kista Science City Kistamässan, with its strategic position and geographical accessibility in the heart of Kista Science City, are the obvious forum for professional meetings and creative events. Kistamässan is situated in the middle of the company expansive region of Kista Science City which is one of the world’s leading ICT-clusters. This makes Kistamässan a very interesting place for professional meetings and creative events. Kista is a changeable region with a constant flow of people, impressions and experiences. A unique mix of people, cultures and entrepreneurships creates a colourful and dynamic environment where Kistamässan is a natural element. Kistamässan is centrally located in the north of Stockholm and close to both Arlanda and Bromma airport, which creates favourable conditions for both national and international contacts. The commuter train takes only 12 minutes from Kistamässan to Stockholm central. Kistamässan are perfectly situated next to the motorway E4, and close to the underground, busses and the commuter train which makes it easy to reach Kistamässan wherever you are travelling from. Right next to Kistamässan and in the area around there are a lot of parking spaces.
