In 2004, we began our journey by installing 4,500 wireless electricity and temperature sensors for Lindesbergsbostäder. Since then, we’ve become well-known for our wireless temperature measurement – offering up to 20 years of battery life and impressive range through walls and ceilings. It’s a solution that property owners across Sweden have come to rely on.
Today, we manage data collection regardless of technology, communication method, or meter brand. We provide not only the tools to gather information, but also the expertise to use that data for more efficient property management.
Curves is our software platform for individual metering – independent of measurement technology.

Curves Energy
Curves Energy is a powerful energy monitoring system where you identify power peaks, compare with reference periods and visualize climate impact. Get control over energy use at the property and component level – from budget to forecast. Curves Energy gives you all the tools to understand, follow up and optimize the property's energy use. From detailed analyses of power peaks and costs to climate reports, renewable energy and comparisons over time – the platform collects everything in clear reports that provide insights, decision-making support and new opportunities for smarter energy savings. Identify deviations between properties, areas or managers and discover where the potential for improvement is greatest. Analyze trends, compare developments over time and create a basis for smarter decisions and long-term energy savings. Generate clear reports on power signatures, identify power peaks over time and gain insights that make it easy to optimize energy use. Create detailed reports for solar and wind power plants – with a full overview of battery storage as well.
Temperature and humidity sensor
EcoGuard's indoor temperature and humidity sensor is a wired device for monitoring indoor climate. The sensor measures temperature and relative humidity, which is then retrieved via M-Bus. It is round and fits perfectly over a box. The sensor is used for accurate measurement of indoor temperature and humidity and communicates via M-Bus, making it a reliable choice for properties where operational reliability and continuous data collection are crucial. Communication The installation can be carried out by EcoGuard's own staff or by a certified partner. If you want to handle the installation yourself together with another subcontractor, we will be happy to assist in the project and ensure that the assembly is carried out correctly. Installation The sensor is easy to integrate into existing M-Bus systems and delivers measurement data directly to a higher-level system for analysis, visualization or control - for example via EcoGuard's Curves platform.

Our cloud-based IMD system gives you easy access to powerful analysis tools and visualization functions to optimize your property operations. CURVES, the easiest way to digitize the energy part of your property operations Energy monitoring and analysis are of utmost importance to ensure efficient resource use. Curves is a cloud-based IMD (Individual Metering and Billing) system that serves as the optimal tool for visualization, where data is collected from different properties, floors and apartments. With Curves, you get comprehensive insight into and full control over energy and water consumption in your properties. Curves collects all measurement values and presents them in a way that enables comparisons over time between different properties, floors and apartments. In addition, Curves supports import from a variety of protocols and file formats. Brandvarnaren har inbyggd funktionskontroll och levereras med 8 eller 10 års batteritid. Läckagesensorn berättar när ett läckage förekommer för att möjliggöra snabba åtgärder. Statussensorn kan användas för att säkerställa att teknisk utrustning som t.ex. fläktar eller system för avisning fungerar. EcoGuard is developing CURVES – a cloud-based platform for visualizing and analyzing energy and metering data. We are now looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to help shape the next generation of digital services for the property sector. The role includes building modern, responsive interfaces, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring performance, code quality, and usability. Our tech stack includes JavaScript, AJAX, C#, and MS SQL. The position is based in Örebro or Eskilstuna. VVS Montör / resande
We are looking for someone who is educated and has already worked in your profession for a few years. You must be an independent problem solver who enjoys daily customer contact. The work consists of installing water meters, usually in existing environments. In addition to this, you will install our other products, such as our temperature sensors and central units in apartments and other spaces in apartment buildings. The work sometimes also involves service work on site at our customers. You need to enjoy working on the move. Many of our customers are in the Stockholm area, you can advantageously live and work from Stockholm (Kista), Nyköping or Örebro where we currently have offices.
