About us
Modexa takes overall responsibility for apartment renovations with a focus on Sustainability – For real, according to the strategy we call Stepwise Renovation. Reuse, prefabricated concepts, industrial efficiency and tenants staying in are applied in all our assignments. Modexa is a privately owned company that assists customers with support in the transition of their maintenance strategies, feasibility studies and maintenance planning as well as the implementation of renovation projects and ongoing maintenance. Just like older kitchen frames, older wardrobe frames are often worth preserving. With new doors and handles, as well as new interior and repainting, the wardrobes are ready to serve for many more years. We offer various interior design solutions. Among other things, we have a system for wire drawers with flexible widths that fit practically all wardrobe sizes. We also have a system for pull-out drawers in two different variants for different widths. When it comes to special storage, we also manufacture custom-made doors and hatches in our own factory. Of course, we do the work with tenants who are still living there – quickly, smoothly and with high quality.
