About us

SSF The Swedish Anti-Theft Association is an independent, non-profit organization that has been working to prevent crime and strengthen security in society since 1934. We address both the general public, small and medium-sized companies and organizations. We develop standards in security, offer security training and provide current security information. Our work increases the quality and robustness of security products, services and processes. We face both traditional and new security threats and have intensified our focus on cybersecurity and digital fraud in recent years. Through national information efforts, warnings about digital crimes and broad collaboration, we work to prevent crime in an increasingly digitalized society. SSF is behind Säkerhetskollen.se, collaborates within the Digitala varningsgruppen and is a co-producer of the Bli säker podcast.
