SECOND LIFE

Our solid lighting expertise, combined with 90 years of experience and an innovative, forward-looking mindset, enables us to give lighting fixtures a second life. We call this solution Second Life.

As early as 2015, we developed an LED retrofit kit for one of our outdoor luminaires with a metal halide light source, allowing our customers to easily upgrade their installations with new technology. Today, we can offer customized retrofit kits manufactured specifically for your lighting installation and your new requirements.

This creates the conditions to efficiently keep existing luminaire housings in use & compliance with new legislation, while generating both cost savings and climate benefits.

Currently, we have developed three different processes to best meet the needs of each project:
1. We supply retrofit kits with modern technology that are replaced on-site during installation.
2. We rebuild the luminaires at our factory in Åhus.
2.We offer you the opportunity to return your older, end-of-life luminaires when ordering new ones.
