One example is a future-proof integration with all major banks according to ISO 20022. As a customer, you receive automatic readings with paid notices that are matched against OCR or notice numbers.
Other examples of time-saving solutions at Real are automatic monitoring of outgoing contracts, digital signing and notification via Kivra, debt collection management via PS Inkasso, the Portal that facilitates communication with residents, and much more.
What our customers appreciate perhaps most, however, is getting help from real people if they ever get stuck. Our six customer guides answer all questions and help our customers with most things completely free of charge.

Real Fastighetssystem introduktion
The customer portal
The customer portal is for those who want to provide service to residents 24 hours a day. Your residents can log in to the portal with Bank-ID. There, they can, for example, view their notices, update their contact information, make a fault report or access important information. The portal is also a good complement to tenant-ownership management, the board can, for example, log in and retrieve information for apartment brokers, voting lists, view ledgers and much more.
E-faktura & Printservice
With the plus service E-invoice & Printservice you can easily send your notices with E-invoice via our partner Crediflow. Crediflow also takes care of the notices that need to be enveloped and sent out in physical form to your accommodations. The service comes with a very good price and saves you a lot of time as a manager.

Unlimited support
Half of our employees work as customer guides and help our customers with everything big and small. When many other companies choose to save on personal support and instead refer customers to FAQs, user forums and chatbots, we are going in the opposite direction. We want to have a lot of contact with our customers – talk to them and guide them in the right direction when needed. This helps us understand what our customers need – a prerequisite for further developing our property system with the most relevant improvements possible. Our personal and free telephone support on 010-602 32 10 is open every weekday from 09:00 to 15:00 with a break for lunch. In March, June, September and December, however, we have extended opening hours in connection with many of our customers making quarterly announcements. Then our customer guides answer questions from 8:00 to 17:00. Our customer guides – Renée, Ronny, Johan, Lisa, Jennifer and Per-Åke – will help you with everything related to Real Fastighetssystem.
