Half of our employees work as customer guides and help our customers with everything big and small. When many other companies choose to save on personal support and instead refer customers to FAQs, user forums and chatbots, we are going in the opposite direction. We want to have a lot of contact with our customers – talk to them and guide them in the right direction when needed. This helps us understand what our customers need – a prerequisite for further developing our property system with the most relevant improvements possible.
Our personal and free telephone support on 010-602 32 10 is open every weekday from 09:00 to 15:00 with a break for lunch. In March, June, September and December, however, we have extended opening hours in connection with many of our customers making quarterly announcements. Then our customer guides answer questions from 8:00 to 17:00.
