The customer portal is for those who want to provide service to residents 24 hours a day. Your residents can log in to the portal with Bank-ID. There, they can, for example, view their notices, update their contact information, make a fault report or access important information.
The portal is also a good complement to tenant-ownership management, the board can, for example, log in and retrieve information for apartment brokers, voting lists, view ledgers and much more.
